Terms & Conditions

This is placeholder legal copy generated for the site redesign. Replace with counsel-reviewed language before publishing.

Service terms

Pricing for roadside assistance is quoted by phone prior to dispatch. Final charges may vary based on services actually rendered on site — such as additional time, parts, or materials needed once a technician assesses the vehicle — with any changes communicated to you before work begins.

Scheduling and response times

Stranded No More Roadside Assistance LLC provides roadside services on a best-effort basis; response times given on the phone are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, traffic, call volume, or road conditions across Greater Cleveland.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept standard payment methods communicated by dispatch at the time of booking.

Cancellations

If you no longer need service after requesting it — for example, a family member arrives first or the vehicle is otherwise resolved — please call dispatch as soon as possible so we can redirect the technician to another driver in need.

Limitation of liability

Stranded No More Roadside Assistance LLC performs roadside work with reasonable care and industry-standard practices. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage or mechanical issues unrelated to the service performed. Any damage claim directly resulting from our work should be reported to dispatch immediately.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, or widespread emergency conditions affecting Greater Cleveland.

Vehicle condition and pre-existing damage

Before beginning work, our technician will note any visible pre-existing damage or unusual vehicle condition when practical to do so. This helps avoid disputes about damage that existed before we arrived.

Service area

We dispatch across Greater Cleveland, OH, within the coverage area described on our cities we serve page. Requests from outside that radius will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may not always be accepted.

Independent contractor status

Stranded No More Roadside Assistance LLC operates as an independent, locally owned business. We are not affiliated with any national roadside assistance membership program, insurance company, or franchise unless explicitly stated.

Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to decline a service request when a situation falls genuinely outside what we can safely or appropriately handle — for example, a vehicle type requiring specialized equipment we don’t carry, or a location we cannot safely reach. When that happens, we’ll tell you honestly and, where possible, point you toward a provider who can help, rather than accepting a job we can’t complete properly.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and conditions periodically. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with any quote provided by phone at the time of dispatch, represent the complete agreement between you and Stranded No More Roadside Assistance LLC for the service requested. No other written or verbal statement outside of this agreement and the phone quote changes the scope of service provided, and any exceptions must be confirmed directly with dispatch in advance.
