## Agreement to Terms

By contacting Stranded No More Roadside Assistance LLC and requesting services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

## Services

Stranded No More Roadside Assistance LLC provides mobile roadside assistance services in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area, including but not limited to:

– Jump starts
– lockouts/">Lockout assistance
– Flat tire changes (spare tire or repairable tires only)
– Fuel delivery (service fee only — fuel cost is additional)
– Battery replacement
– Towing (within 25-mile service radius)

We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion, including but not limited to situations that fall outside our service area, exceed our equipment capabilities, or present safety risks to our technicians.

## Service Area

Our standard service area covers up to 25 miles from Brook Park, Ohio. Service requests beyond this radius may be declined. Zone-based pricing applies based on distance from our home base.

## Pricing and Estimates

All prices quoted by our AI receptionist or staff are **estimates only**. Final pricing is confirmed by our technician upon arrival based on the actual conditions of the vehicle and service location. Prices may vary based on:

– Distance from our home base (zone pricing)
– Time of service (after-hours surcharge: 11 PM–5 AM)
– Location type (highway/interstate surcharge)
– Rush hour (3 PM–6 PM surcharge)
– Actual parts costs where applicable

By requesting service, you agree to pay the final confirmed price upon completion of service.

## Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. A deposit may be requested in advance via our secure payment link. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of service.

## SMS Communications

By calling Stranded No More Roadside Assistance and requesting service, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us at the phone number you provide. These messages are transactional and include service estimates, payment links, and job confirmation details.

## Limitation of Liability

Stranded No More Roadside Assistance LLC is not liable for:

– Any damage to your vehicle that existed prior to our arrival
– Any delay in service caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
– Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
– Personal injury or property damage resulting from circumstances outside our technician’s control

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

## Vehicle Condition

By requesting service, you confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or have authorization from the owner to request service. You agree that our technicians are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures unrelated to the requested service, or damage caused by following your instructions.

## Lockout Services

For lockout assistance, valid government-issued photo ID matching the vehicle registration is required upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse service if ID cannot be provided.

## Flat Tire Services

Flat tire service is available only when a usable spare tire is present or the tire is repairable on-site. If no spare is available and the tire cannot be repaired, a tow will be recommended.

## Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service request, please notify us as soon as possible by calling our business line. If a technician has already been dispatched and is en route, a trip fee may apply.

## Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
